2. Damaged or Defective Items
Every order is prepared and packaged with great care, but occasionally, things happen beyond our control. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly assist with an exchange for a similar piece.

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to offer exchanges for other reasons.
